I've only just had my initial consultation, but it was a great experience. The Doctors listened to me and made me feel heard as well as very confident that will address my pain effectively.

Doctor Vladamir Fix assessed both my husband and me after our pain management doctor retired. We started with some sort of a mental acuity test on an iPad, and mine did not work very well, so that was frustrating to push the screen and have it not record my answer. But that was the worst thing that happened -- a small embarrassment when someone records my score and I appear to be mentally impaired. Staff performed and ekg on both of us and took our blood pressure. The doctor was cordial, to the point, and seemed competent and very knowledgeable about options. We plan to try a treatment that no other pain management doctor has suggested in the over 25 years since my accident. I left feeling hopeful, even though trying a new (to me) procedure is always scary just because it's an unknown. He has a good handshake, which contributed to our positive first impression. 😉

Dr. Fiks after many visits using the Pain Pump and realizing that besides the Morphine, I was supplementing with Canabis and Hydrocodone, that he thought it was structural and that any amount of drugs wasn't going to work! So, he recommended another MRI and will refer me to a specialist. Finally, another step towards what I always thought it to be!

The staff was both professional and personable. The visit was our first nd a bit over an hour and 15 minutes. The atmosphere was pleasant. The Dr. listened to us and responded respectfully to our questions. NMy first impression was mst favorable.

Dr FIKS & his staff are uniquely kind individuals. They make what is a very difficult situation eased & comfortable. I’ve been sedentary for the better part of a year due to intolerable back pain with activity, & Dr FIKS is intent on helping me resolve the cause. He is so very thorough in the discussion of my issues. Until I visited Dr FIKS, I had no hope for a resolution to my pain, no hope for a diagnosis to the cause fearing I had lost all quality of life. That has all changed since Dr FIKS has become my physician. He is very detailed in explaining his approach to procedures, & encourages that even if it has to be a process of elimination, his goal is to get to the root of the cause. He gives me hope that we will figure things out. He is clearly concerned in helping restore quality to my life. I truly felt my life was over, & since meeting Dr FIKS I have renewed hope for a better life.

First postoperative visit from spine surgery. Very nervous but Dr Fiks and staff so kind and patient. I said yes to PT and PT called that afternoon. Still have to build back mycore strength but my severe debilating pain gone.

First time going to a pain management clinic and being a nurse I know the clout behind people judging people for saying they’re in pain so I was a little nervous. I have to have a total knee replacement. I am now off of work and walking with a walker, I had a great experience with the doctors office. They were friendly from the time I walked in the door. Doctor was very pleasant. He was very nice and listen to me. Always had a smile on his face, no complaints I would totally recommend.

I was very impressed with the whole office, the whole experience from start to finish. I have a vast amount of experience with pain mgmt offices from all over the place and without a doubt Dr Fiks office was the most thorough. Very impressive, very efficient, very detailed, dedicated, hard working, knowledgeable, organized and caring. It was a great experience as a new patient. Dr. Fiks and Shore have been great with me. They listen to me and gently approach with sensitive subjects. They are thoughtful with their approach and can be quiet but don’t let that intimidate you! Very nice men…. My life and mobility have greatly improved since getting treatment through them.
