I have been seeing Mr. Shore and Ms. Lahm for over a year. They are very friendly and care about their patients. I have had several procedures with Dr. Fiks and he is very good at what he does and the entire staff are friendly and caring. I would recommend them for Chronic Pain care, acute pain and injections.

It Was good to see Dr. Fiks again, the whole process was calm and comfortable. His staff is a big part of that. Also saw him 5yrs ago, results have been great. No surprises! David Franklin

I’m always satisfied with the staff here. None of them make me feel bad for having pain or needing pain medication. When I tell them something isn’t working or has stopped working they are always willing to offer something new instead of dismissing my pain.

I have been at this clinic since June and have been really pleased with all the staff and services I have received. They were quick to order solutions to my neuropathy pain. I would recommend them for anything!! Thank you Mr Shore and Dr fiks.

His clarification of how "the pump" works was very helpful and what I had to do to prepare for the initial trial. And expressed my sincere desire to stop my use of Hydrocodone, so that I may properly prepare for the trial! This place has been a life saver for me! I feel blessed to have a team who offers professional care. I have had extreme pain that Dr. Fiks fixed in the surgery center. I am so grateful for his knowledge & skill. I regularly see D. Shore PA-C. who takes the time to listen to me & explain in detail why I am having symptoms & how to proceed to alleviate the pain. All the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Advanced Pain Management and the surgery center. I feel safe knowing I am in good hands. I know I’ve said a lot but can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank You APM!

Dr. Fiks is GREAT. He is knowledgeable. But the phone system is horrible. I’m only able to leave voicemails and half the time they don’t get returned and I’m told they didn’t get the voicemail. Their phone system needs to be updated as it gives the option for a text and it automatically texts you when you call them but I was told they no longer do the texts. I’m adding an edit. I still think Dr. Fiks is a great doctor and one girl and the front desk and his medical assistant are great but if you have any issues don’t count on the manager calling or assisting. I had my appointment cancelled and I wasn’t notified, Karen claims she called and left me a voicemail but I didn’t receive it and she only called once- you always call patients more than once when cancelling their appointment. Karen refused to come out and talk to me and said she would call me, this was 5 days ago. I also emailed her 2 days ago and no response. Again, Dr Fiks is a great doctor, just be prepared for issues and no follow up by the manager.

Very caring staff. During surgery everyone was so nice and attentive to me. It went very well. They all are excellent professionals.

It’s really hard to find a pain clinic. Finally I found one and am very pleased. Clean professional office, hip nurses (and funny), fresh equipment and tests. Not to mention thorough. My initial visit was lengthy, by no means rushed by nurses nor Dr. Ficks. I do however wish they would answer the phones instead of it popping into the dreaded phone tree. I have such hopes for this clinic.

From the fabulous team of Dr.Fiks, the medical assistants, and front desk staff… to the Fit Cam app and support from Nurse Barbara, monthly, and the surgical staff, it’s just been a great experience! And definitely what I’ve needed! I’m learning so much about how the brain and body are connected, in regards to pain. Even how we express our pain. Loving the exercises and music therapy for relaxation and calming. I’ve had two medial branch nerve blocks and now my ablation is coming up! I haven’t had a day without pain in almost 30 years! I highly recommend Dr. Fiks, and staff, at Advanced Pain Management Center!

I just had my 1st visit with Dr. Fiks and the staff at Advanced Pain Management after my current doctor retired. So far, it has been a very pleasant experience! From the very start - with insurance, transferring records and making the appointment, everyone has been friendly, efficient & professional. Have found all to be professional, but yet friendly, and in all these caregivers taking their extra time, to put me first, as a patient.
